Having attended a multitude of facilities this place stands out to me for many reasons.
Absolutely love love love this gym. When I first started working out I really needed help getting myself started and everyone who workouts there is so willing to help. They have all the equipment you need and more. Plus the owner and all his employees are simply fantastic. Everyone looking to join a gym, I recommend this one!
The actual gym? I honestly don't think you could find a better gym for the value. The equipment is maintained well (I've witness the owner meet with vendors many times to have machines serviced or have padding redone), they clean routinely. Not to mention this place probably has the best equipment (old school).
Meanwhile, The late night staff is snotty and disgusting attitudes. Great & Clean Gym.

The staff and the rest of the people there are very welcoming, helpful and encouraging. Being a new member I felt comfortable after my first few days.
It's a great quite gym for people that like to workout. Everyone is willing to help you if you need it.

The lady in the morning along, I believe Felicia with her young boy co worker, have a great sense of humor. They are fun to be around & Keep the Place clean.
The environment is absolutely inspiring, red and black EVERYTHING. The minute you walk in you already know it's time to get to work.
